Delivery methods
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. We deliver to Spain and to selected countries within the European Union via InPost and DHL.

Order processing time
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days from the moment the order is placed and paid for.

Delivery within Spain
Packages within Spain are delivered through the InPost network (Paczkomat parcel lockers and pick-up points). Delivery time is usually 2 business days from the moment of shipping.
Shipping cost: handling fee of €4.99. Free shipping on orders over €299.00.

Delivery to other European Union countries
Orders outside Spain are shipped via InPost (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland) and DHL (Germany). Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the moment of shipping. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and local conditions.

Tracking your shipment
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that lets you monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.
